The program Inspiration, is a very fun and useful tool. When thinking of ways I could incorporate this software into my classroom many ideas come to mind.
.) Make Diagrams.
.) Time lines of Artist life and movements.
.) Students could use Inspiration when presenting a project.
.) Explaining right and left brain thinking to my class.
.) Advanced studio topics class could use Inspiration to map out their project ideas for the year.
.) Teaching elements and principles of design, I could use diagram to show which elements go where and how to use them properly together.
.) When learning about a new medium, I can use picture to describe what different materials make up type of art and how they are all incorporated together.
.) I could even use it to make tests and quizzes for my students.
.) If we go on a field trip to a museum, I could make a worksheet for the students to fill out and hand in when we are finished.
.) Students can even use it if they are making a visual report or even on a power point it could be incorporated.
Other than Inspiration some of my favorite websites are, United streaming. Here at this site I can download clips of movies to show my students to help them better understand the lesson. Diigo is a wonderful site because it allows me to find other websites for my classroom and bookmark these sites for a later use. I also really enjoy Rubistar, where rubric outlines help me create my own.
